1-1 CONTULTS

At the heart of my counselling practice is meeting each person with compassion, curiosity, and care.

INDIVIDUAL COUNSELLING

At the heart of my counselling practice is meeting each person with compassion, curiosity, and care. I offer a safe, grounded space to explore a range of concerns—whether you're navigating grief and loss, anxiety, life transitions, trauma, or simply feeling overwhelmed and unsure where to begin.

My approach is integrative and body-based, drawing on person-centred principles to gently support your unique process. Together, we explore what’s happening in your thoughts, emotions, and body, trusting that lasting change emerges when we are truly seen, heard, and understood.

Counselling is not about “fixing” but rather about uncovering inner wisdom, building awareness, and discovering new ways of being that feel more aligned and whole. Wherever you are on your journey, I’ll walk alongside you—with presence, empathy, and kindness.

I'll always be grateful you held my hand during the hardest part of my life, when everything felt like it was falling apart.

Thank you for helping me rebuild.
