ORGANISATIONAL WORKSHOPS

Without Jackie there would be no Reach Foundation today. She was fundamental in the birth of the organisation to support youth development and the most shining creative and heartfelt light of our team in the early days.

WISDOM CIRCLES

GROUP SUPERVISION

Wisdom Circles are spaces of reflection, connection, and shared learning.

Grounded in the principles of group supervision, these circles invite counsellors and helping professionals to come together in a confidential, respectful space to explore the work we do, the people we support, and the parts of ourselves that show up in the room.

Rather than advice-giving, Wisdom Circles offer a collaborative, reflective process—where insight is drawn not only from theory but from the collective wisdom of lived experience. Together, we make room for the stories we carry, the ethical tensions we hold, and the moments of uncertainty that ask us to pause and deepen our awareness.

Facilitated with compassion, curiosity, and care, these groups are ideal for those working in grief and loss, trauma, and across the lifespan. They are a reminder that we are not alone in the work—and that supervision can be a place of renewal, integrity, and professional growth.

SECONDARY CONSULTATIONS

Grief & Loss Across the Lifespan

Supporting people through grief and loss can be deeply rewarding—and deeply complex. I offer secondary consultations for professionals seeking reflective guidance and insight when working with grief across the lifespan, from children to older adults.

Whether you’re navigating complicated grief presentations, developmental considerations, or the personal impact of this work, our consultation sessions offer a collaborative space to think deeply, explore stuck points, and build confidence in your approach.

With a focus on meaning-making, trauma-informed care, and developmental sensitivity, I support you to remain grounded and present while working alongside those who are grieving. These sessions are offered with compassion, curiosity, and clinical depth—because those who support others deserve support too.

WORKSHOPS

Grief touches every workplace, whether through the death of a colleague, a client, or the personal loss of a team member. Yet so often, organisations feel unsure how to respond with compassion and confidence.

I offer tailored training to help teams build a foundational understanding of grief and loss—what it is, how it shows up, and how to meet it with empathy rather than avoidance. These sessions create space to explore practical tools for having compassionate conversations, recognising grief responses, and supporting colleagues or clients navigating loss.

Designed to foster a culture of care, these trainings are grounded in evidence, shaped by lived experience, and delivered with warmth and humility. Whether you're in health, education, community services or corporate settings, your team will leave feeling more prepared to support those who are grieving.

HEARTFELT CONVERSATIONS

How to Support Someone Who Is Grieving

Heartfelt Conversations is an integrative workshop designed to guide participants in how to gently and authentically support someone who is grieving. At the heart of this offering is the power of presence—learning that being with someone in their sorrow matters far more than having the “right” words.

Through reflective practice and simple, practical stepping stones, we explore what it means to truly show up. This includes how to listen with empathy, honour silence, and hold space for the complexities of grief without trying to fix or avoid it. Participants will leave with greater confidence, compassion, and tools to support others in times of deep loss.

Whether you’re a professional, a friend, or a family member, Heartfelt Conversations offers a grounding path for walking alongside those who are hurting.

THE FORGOTTEN GRIEVERS

Supporting Children Through Grief

Children are often the forgotten grievers—misunderstood, overlooked, or assumed to be “resilient” simply because they are young. This interactive workshop is designed for teachers, parents, and therapists who support children through grief and loss.

We’ll explore how children understand death at different developmental stages, how grief shows up in their behaviour and bodies, and how we can meet them with compassion and clarity. Through reflective dialogue and creative strategies, participants will gain practical tools for having age-appropriate conversations, recognising grief responses, and creating safe spaces for children to express their feelings.

This is a hands-on, heart-led workshop that blends theory with experience—because children need more than words, they need presence, patience, and people who truly see them.

RECLAIMING SELF CARE

Showing Up for Ourselves

Self-care is more than bubble baths and breathing exercises—it’s a conscious act of tending to our emotional, physical, and psychological wellbeing. In caring professions and life’s many demands, we often show up for others while leaving ourselves behind.

This reflective and experiential workshop explores what self-care truly means, what gets in the way of prioritising it, and how to reconnect with practices that restore rather than deplete. Together, we’ll unpack the myths of self-care, explore the impact of guilt, perfectionism, and burnout, and discover sustainable ways to weave care back into the fabric of daily life.
